Before purchasing a ticket and attending the festival we recommend you read the following important information:

​

The Palace Motel is strictly an 18+ venue & event, photo identification must be shown upon entry. Accepted forms of identification are; a driver’s license, keypass, passport or proof of age card.

Police may be present throughout the duration of the event and the surrounding area.

​

Strictly no BYO alcohol is permitted to enter the festival. Please drink responsibly; intoxicated patrons will be refused service of alcohol.

​

Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated. Please be conscious of hot weather conditions and take the appropriate precautions.

​

Stay protected from the sun; sit in the shade and slip, slop, slap.

​

For any illness or injuries, please seek medical attention immediately at one our First Aid tents located in the festival site or camping grounds. Better to be safe than sorry.

 

Drive safely to and from the festival: plan ahead and designate a driver. Unsure of the legal blood alcohol levels? P plate drivers must be 0.00 and drivers on their full license must be on or under 0.05.

​

Do not drive while fatigued. Pull over for a power nap if necessary; it could save your life.

​

Always be aware of the speed limitations on the roads especially close to the event as the speed limits could change.

​

Keep an eye out for your friends and fellow festival goers. Security, First Aid and Staff are always on hand if you need.

​

Please be mindful of noise restrictions and your nearby fellow campers. Most of all, be respectful to everyone around you and look after each other.

ARRIVAL & ENTRY

On arrival, please proceed to the front gates in an orderly manner with your digital ticket ready or printed ticket ready to show volunteers on the gate. If your ticket is on your phone, please ensure you download the ticket or screenshot it before the event as reception on site can be limited.

No One But Us is held at Langley Park on Perth Foreshore.


Langley Park is located 2.1km away from the Perth CBD and walking distance from the Elizabeth Quay Train Station.


Langley Park is a 20 Minute walk from Elizabeth Quay Train Station. Bus Access is also available, with stops in the surrounding streets.


Uber/Taxi/Rideshare are also available.

Langley Park is located 2.1km away from the Perth CBD and walking distance from the Elizabeth Quay Train Station.


RIDESHARE
There will be a dedicated RIDESHARE drop off and pick up locations at the event. This will be located on Adelaide Terrace.

If you and your friends are driving please make sure you have a designated driver.

SECURITY & SAFETY

Be Safe

We want everyone to have an unforgettable time and ask that you act responsibly and stay safe and most of all look out for your mates and those around you.

 

Full emergency services are present at the festival. Please make a note of the

displayed on-site medical and emergency services and use them if you or anyone

needs any medical assistance. Everybody is welcome to the medical tent for any

reason and you will not be in any trouble if you do.

 

Be Respectful

We have a ZERO tolerance policy for any patron who displays any antisocial, discriminatory, insulting, rude or mean behaviour of any kind towards fellow patrons. Anyone found to do so will be evicted immediately. The Palace Motel is a safe place for all! 

 

Be Drink Aware

Drink water in between alcohol and stay hydrated, we want you to remember your time with us.

 

Drug Aware

The Palace Motel work closely with Drug Aware and emergency services to ensure all patrons are provided with a safe space whilst at the festival. We encourage you to visit our chill-out are during your stay if you ever need a place to relax or take a breather.

FOOD & DRINK

We will have a variety of delicious food trucks offering food for everyone, including vegetarians, vegans and the gluten intolerant.

Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including water will be available from the variety of food stalls and bars throughout the site.

Found: Please take any found items to the Info Point or hand to the bar. 

 

Lost: If you misplace something please check with Information Points on

the day as things will be turned in there, you can also report your lost item there.

COMPANION TICKETS

Companion tickets are honoured with a valid Companion Card via direct request to The Palace Motel.

 

The Palace Motel is wheelchair accessible, however be advised that the event is on a grassed area and dirt areas and may be difficult to move around. Accessible toilet facilities will be available on site. 

 

Strobe and flashing lighting is used at the event. If you think this will cause issues, we advise you reconsider attending the festival.

If you have arranged to sell or give your ticket privately to a friend, you can simply list the ticket for sale and before the final confirmation (in step 4), select the 'private listing' option. You can then send the private ticket link to the new ticket holder.

 

If you have purchased a second-hand ticket from someone, you will be required to transfer the ticket using our official ticket resale partner, Tixel, so that we can guarantee the validity of the ticket and so the name on the ticket matches the ID of the ticket holder.

Warning – Third Party Ticketing Sites

Only purchase tickets from Eventbrite or registered ticketing partner. If in doubt check the Palace Motel website.

 

We do not validate re-sold tickets purchased via sites such as Gumtree or Ebay or any third party re seller sites.

 

Re-sold tickets on sites such as Ticketmaster Resale, Viagogo & The Ticket Merchant can be fake, not valid or cancelled due to names not matching the customer using tickets.

 

There is no way to know if a ticket you are buying from sites like these is valid so would advise caution.

 

In addition, tickets are only valid if the name on the ticket matches your ID. Re-sale sites have no means of applying your name to our tickets.

REFUND POLICY

Tickets are non-refundable, however, if you are unable to attend the festival after purchasing a ticket you are able to change the name on the ticket. Via tixel re-sale.

IS THE EVENT 18+ ONLY?

Yes. 18+ patrons must present valid photo I.D. in order to enter

 

WHICH FORMS OF I.D ARE ACCEPTED?

Accepted I.D. for 18+ patrons attending No One But Us will be as follows:

 

1.         Australian photo Driver’s Licence or Learner’s Permit; or 

2.         Passport; or

3.         KEYPASS Photo I.D. Card or WA Photo Card issued by WA Department of Transport.

 

Anyone who fails to present an Accepted I.D. upon entry will not be allowed entry into The Palace Motel.

No refunds will be processed for anyone who is denied entry because they did not bring Accepted I.D.

All of the above must be valid and within date, original, and not copies or scanned versions. 

 

MY I.D IS EXPIRED, CAN I STILL GAIN ENTRY?

We are unable to accept I.D. which is expired or invalid. If you have an issue with your I.D. please email contact@no-one-but-us.com.au at least 7 days prior to the event for further information. This will be up to security’s discretion on the gates.

What kind of cameras and recording devices can I bring with me?

No professional cameras (ie: cameras with detachable lenses) are permitted without formal media accreditation. Likewise no audio or film recording equipment can be brought into the Festival.

As a general rule we don’t have a dress code, but you do have to wear shoes, we strongly advised enclosed footwear as it is a long & hot day.

Palace Motel will offer a Re-sale facility through Tixel  at our discretion once the event has sold out or closer to the event.

 

Once Tixel is activated, NO sales or purchases via unauthorised sites eg Gumtree, Viagogo, Ticketmaster & ticketek re-sale will be accepted due to the high level of counterfeit and inflated prices attached.

 

Tickets purchased via Tixel will incur a name-change fee, due to COVID-19 regulations it is essential all names must match the ticket-holders Identification on the day. 

 

Every ticket sold via Tixel will be guaranteed to be real and ensures a safe transaction for both seller and purchaser.

 

Any tickets sold or purchased via third party ticket sites or by any other method than the official ticket site or resale site will be cancelled without refund and not gain access to the event.

WHERE DO I FIND THE SET TIMES?

WHAT IF MY PHOTO WAS TAKEN AT THE EVENT AND ISN'T ONLINE OR ON FACEBOOK?

As you can imagine we have thousands of photos from the event, unfortunately we can not put up all photos online.

 

WHERE CAN I SEE PHOTOS FROM THE EVENT?

A selection of the best photos are put up on our website / Facebook page. If you cannot locate your photo it could have been taken by external photographers.

 

DO I NEED AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO BUY TICKETS?

Yes. Due to COVID-19 regulations, we require all ticket holders to provide their name, email address and mobile phone number. You will receive an email with your tickets once your order is successfully paid in full.

 

DOES MY NAME NEED TO BE ON THE TICKET?

Due to COVID-19 regulations, We require your full name to be printed on your ticket, matching your ID. Security will be checking this on the day.

 

We do not offer the option of simply processing a ‘name change’, this is a measure we have introduced to reduce ticket scalping and ensure ticket purchasers are not scammed when buying second-hand tickets.

 

If you have arranged to sell or give your ticket privately to a friend, you can simply list the ticket for sale on Tixel and before the final confirmation (in step 4), select the 'private listing' option. You can then send the private ticket link to the new ticket holder.

My ticket never arrived so I couldn’t go to the event. Can I get a refund?

No. It’s your responsibility to resolve any ticket issues with us prior to the event. Please check your spam folder before contacting our Ticketing provider, if you are still not able to locate you must contact prior to the event. If you do not contact prior and try to claim a refund after the event, no refund will be provided.

 

It’s the day of the event and I can’t find my tickets!

If you are not able to find your tickets on event day please proceed to the front gate with your identification (Driver’s license, passport, proof of age card) and we will do our best to locate.

 

WHAT IF MY PDF TICKETS DON'T ARRIVE TO MY EMAIL?

I AM BUYING A TICKET FROM AN UNAUTHORISED OUTLET, CAN YOU VALIDATE IT FOR ME?

We will not tell you if a ticket is valid. Tickets to our event can be cancelled at any time up to and including the day/night of the event for a variety of reasons. Therefore we can never guarantee the validity of a ticket unless bought from an authorised outlet. In addition we do not support re-selling of our tickets. Many people have bought tickets from scalpers only to find when they arrived at the event, the tickets were fake, invalid or cancelled by the original purchaser. We strongly suggest you don’t risk it and only buy your tickets from authorised outlets which include FESTICKET & TIXEL

 

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?

Ticket sales are final, There are no refunds available.
If you can no longer attend for any reason you must sell via Tixel.

If your ticket has not been purchased direct from Megatix or Tixel you are at risk of being denied entry as per ticket policy. Purchasing your ticket from a reseller does not guarantee an authentic ticket and you’ll be without recourse if you’re burned with fake / fraudulent tickets.

I've already sold my ticket to someone, what do I need to do?

If someone has purchased a second-hand ticket from you ‘offline’ (through Facebook or selling to a friend etc) you will be required to transfer the ticket using the Tixel facility as per the instructions below. Or alternatively, if you have purchased a ticket for a friend and the ticket is in your name, you will need to use these steps below in order to update the name.

 

Using Tixel, sell your ticket privately to your intended purchaser (the person whose details need to be on the ticket).

 

To do so, please login to Tixel and select the ‘Sell tickets’ option. Select the eventbrite logo and connect the same email address you used to purchase the tickets via eventbrite. Follow the prompts to upload your ticket/s, and before the final confirmation select the option ‘private listing’ to ensure your ticket/s is not released to the public for sale. You are then able to share this link to your intended purchaser, allowing you to transfer the ticket from one Eventbrite account to another.

 

 

DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET?

We recommend bringing a printed copy of your Festicket e-ticket to be scanned at entry OR download your tickets to the Festicket on your phone. While most times your ticket can be scanned from your phone, there can sometimes be issues from screens. Be prepared and avoid disappointment.

 

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH AT THE EVENT?

Due to COVID 19 the event will be cashless, with EFTPOS facilities at all services counters.

YOU MUST sell your ticket on Tixel to ensure the ticket is valid on the day. If you have already found a specific buyer, you can list your ticket privately through Tixel.

YOU MUST purchase it through Tixel to ensure your ticket is valid on the day. If you purchase a second-hand ticket in any other way other than Tixel, it will NOT BE VALID ON THE DAY.
